工作职责:
Responsibilities:
• Creative mindset on developing and promoting contents for several platforms such as social media, website, magazine, ebooks, news…etc.;
• Work close with the designers and other editorial team;
• Following the market trend and reports on hot topics, and other competitive platforms;
• Assist online marketing execution team to plan and implement of integrated marketing communication/programs to build brand awareness;
• Works closely with Editorial and Integrated Marketing Analyst to deliver effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan for Hong Kong, China and overseas markets;
• Works with integrated marketing team on marketing different contents on social media and other advertising channels. Understands thoroughly the basic best practices of the major social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why;
• Monitors the social media content hubs and all supporting online channels including email / newsletter distribution. Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis to achieve the given KPI such as followers growth, UV growth, newsletter subscribers and increase ROI;
• Follows closely and reports on the trending topics, social media trending platforms and the competitive landscape;
• Collaborates with newsroom on updating and managing the editorial calendar;
• Oversees the integrated development and works with designers and writers on editorial and promotion materials needed.

Requirements:
• At least 1-3 years of relevant job experience;
• Understanding FMCG, integrated, tech and digital industry/trend is an advantage;
• Hands-on experience on creating and marketing content for brands or products and growing a social audience is a mandatory;
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it;
• Ability to analyze and present content and social performance;
• Experience with Google analytics and other top social listening channels;
• Working experience in journalism, PR or social media agency preferred;
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and social media savvy;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Interested in news and current affairs, both local and worldwide;
• Possesses a cheerful and positive disposition and is able to operate effectively under tight deadlines;
• With Chinese experience,sense and local market insight is a must.
